I believe you mean Heriot-Watt. I only know what I've researched. Supposedly a good reputation. 12 courses, completely distance, self-paced and with an exam at the end of each which must be taken at one of their testing centers (I believe located in most cities). I think the whole program runs around $16k USD. The exams are reputed to be very tough.

I was very much interested but need an RA degree so going foreign is out. Besides, I think that is still expensive when APU is $9900 and my state schools are also @ $16k.

Here is a link with some info on Heriot-Watt. It's dated from 1998 to 2003 but has some good information on a student who earned his MBA through Heriot-Watt. The link may say "My Heriot-Watt experience" but it is not me but a fellow named Tim Dotson.
