Hi everyone,
Long time lurker here first time poster. I have found a lot of valuable information here and now I am hoping someone here can help me with a study.com question. I completed the quizzes for business math today and I am trying to take the final exam however it is nowhere on the course page. Only the practice final. Has anyone had this problem before? The course description and syllabus state that it is eligible for credit and it is already posted as pending on my TESU evaluation.
Of course they have no support available outside of business hours (when most alternative students may need it). I really wanted to take the final tonight when everything is fresh so if anyone had any ideas I would greatly appreciate it.
Abbie
Edit: I added two attachments, one from BUS 308 where you can see where I would normally access the final, and BUS 110 where you can see there is no final.
Hopefully someone else has experienced this as well.
For me it shows as a certificate course and not a credit course. On the main page is says " Eligible for Certificate: Yes Certificates show that you have completed the course. They do not provide credit" and it doesn't have the green icon when it shows up in the course list, but the wording on the other page does make it sound like a credit course. Is it one of the 6 new ones for credit?

Thanks for the response. The course is on the TESU equivalency list and it was added to my evaluation in June so I do not think it is newly added for credt. The syllabus details taking a proctored final for credit. 100 points quizzes/200 proctored final. It is just bizarre there seems to be no way to access the final for credit.
It does not seem as if this will be resolved before Monday unfortunately. Just be aware of this possible issue. Also, heads up this course is pretty difficult and includes statistics and intermediate algebra. I needed 3 free elective credits and this was much higher level math than I anticipated.
It does show as a course on the TESU course equivalency page, and it shows up on the ACE registry and NCCRS registry. But it doesn't show up on the study.com website as a for-credit course. Not sure what's up there.
I am wondering where this course would be useful for someone? Can it be used in the business AOS at all? Or only as a Free Elective?

My hunch is that it would be a Gen Ed elective, though I'd love to know. I seriously doubt that it's Business AOS (unless Business Stat is also Bus. AOS), but I don't think Gen Ed is a stretch.

It has a BUS course number, so it shouldn't come in as a Gen Ed Elective. I guess we need
Abbie21187 to chime in and tell us where it was planned into her eval.

I just checked it is a business elective on my eval. I will let you all know what I find out once I can get in touch with them.

Saylor's Business Stats does come into a Business AOS course (OPM-351).

Update...I got a response to my support ticket that was promising:
Hello Abbie,
We're sorry for the inconvenience. We're making sure the final is available now, so it should be back on the site within the hour. If it's not, please let me know.
Best regards, Erin The Study.com Team
However, it has been 2 hours and the final exam is still not available! I am going to try and call now. This is my last study.com course and I can't wait to be done with them.
