Some people take advantage of our tax system too, and often times they're praised as shrewd business-minds for it. But there's more people that are going to be helped by a policy like this than there will be low lifes taking advantage of it.
Taking every possible worse case scenario and then choosing to focus on it as a slap in the face is a rough way to spend one's time and also a bleak lense to view public policy. Why do anything at all then, if one of my kids' friends might do something unscrupulous related to it?
How is this unscrupulous?
All I'm saying is, it's not a need for everyone, nor is it necessarily a good idea (it certainly doesn't do a single thing to change the system going forward).
