My brother has been experiencing the same thing; he's been rescheduled by proctoru 3 different times since his original testing date 3 days ago for a tecep, and they just keep saying they don't know how long it'll take to fix. Apparently it's a pretty widespread issue bc the proctoru agent said he was "number 48 in queue." Technical support also asked him to hold any questions until it got it fixed or something...like whaa?!! Not cool lol, that's kinda their job!! :toetap:
They kept saying it was his connection at fault when it clearly wasn't; nice that they're getting that straight now. It's not only the teceps that are down; the proctoru site kept crashing as well each time they've tried connecting for testing.

The error message says something about their license being expired and needing to replace the file...

I had a TECEP problem last year, I contacted TESU and they allowed me to schedule it for a couple of days later. They were actually more generous that I thought they would be (gave me 3 days when I had asked for 1).
If I were you, I would contact TESU via email and tell them what you're experiencing, and ask for a few extra days. I'm sure they will accommodate you (especially considering it's their fault).

Done is less than an hour. I studied probably a total of 3-4 hours. I feel like I passed. I drew a blank on one of the essay questions. Bricabrac's notes were very helpful (THANK YOU!!). I wish I had spent more time on the "recent exam feedback". My version of the test had almost nothing from the earlier exam feedback but my essay and short answer questions were very similar to the recent feedback. Very heavy on corporate culture and strategic alliances. I'm glad I read that from the book. The multiple choice was harder than I anticipated. I got 100% on the TECEP description sample exam on my first try but probably missed ~5 of the multiple choice. I hope I passed.
