I've been getting it a lot lately as well. They seem to be adding more and more javascript junk to their pages, making them slower, and causing problems when one of the remote sites they're trying to talk to is down. Using firefox and a script blocker like policeman seems to help, but can be a pain to setup for those not familiar with it.
