If I take DSST Technical Writing and CLEP College Composition, is that redundant/ a huge waste of time? Charter Oak recommends it.

I have no idea, and we are trying to find the best test to take; if this is redundant, I'll be losing time I could use for another test. Confused

Never mind, I got an answer somewhere else. For future reference, they're totally different.
