The other option $149, gives 3 credits after a proctored final exam has been completed. I don't recall the company name of the online proctor.
They are talking about JumpCourse being removed from their school as a credit source through ACP.

I looked at several colleges and didn't see any that accepted the math courses. I purchased the ACE credit version of the course at 149, but I am grateful that there is a money back guarantee for this course. I wish that this didn't happen half way through the course though. Does anybody know if Pearson or Propero is any good for stats? Appreciate any help.

Why don't you finish the JumpCourse course, and then take the Saylor exam? Their Intro to Statistics course is ACP as well, and it will only cost $25. Then, contact JC for a refund since their course got taken off of your school's list. If you feel like you should pay the $99 for the test prep morally, you can do that and just ask for the $50 testing portion of the fee.
UExcel also has a Statistics course, and it will come in on their transcript, so you don't need it to be ACP.

Thanks very much for your assistance. I am worried about the test for statistics as I don't test well. I may go to one of the cheaper cc such as NMJC.

If you're into doing homework/coursework, it's $20/month for ALEKS Stats, you can pick one of 3. It should all transfer in as it's ACE recommended.
But, just to be on the safe side, you should email the school you're attending right now and also JumpCourse to figure out what's up with the credits.
Update: If you're looking at the
http://www.mdc.edu/pla/earn_college_credits/online.aspx website, under Statistics, Straighterline isn't showing up.
But on Straighterline's website, it shows Intro to Statistics and also Business Statistics
http://www.straighterline.com/online-college-courses/
I'm still thinking it's something on their side that's being worked on, and apparently the other two schools are also working with the course providers.
They maybe looking at implementing changes, I don't know what's up with them though, it's best to email and find out, save time from doing another course.
