Straighterline End of Course Survey

How do you access this? It says that it is required but there is no link to access the survey. I've entered it into the search box on the website and came up empty each time. Does anyone have any idea how this is to be done?

You have tk go to the final exam and scroll down and there you eill see the link. Hope tgis helps.

Thanks. There was actually a problem on straighterline's end. After several emails and a forward to the 'supervisor', it was determined that a resource was blocked/inaccessible and he quickly corrected the problem earlier.
