StraighterLine now a direct partner with TESC
#1
SL posted the news today to their Facebook page. Thought it was worth sharing here. TESC has always taken SL courses through the use of the ACE transcript service, but now you can save yourself that step and have SL send the course completion info directly to TESC.

Thanks for sharing the news. If you would like we can post these announcements here too. Just let us know.

FWIW - We figured this partner school would make a few of you happy...

I can't speak for everyone, but I would certainly appreciate you posting announcements when you add partner schools or new courses.

Thanks....

What is the anticipated timeline for ACE accepting the new courses..i.e Calc I, Chemistry w/ lab, Biology w/ lab. Not asking for an exact date or a firm commitment...just a "Were expecting ACE to approve them in about one month" type of answer.
Thanks

Does this mean that you will now get a letter grade or GPA from Straighterline?

ACE is still in the process of reviewing results from students who have taken the courses. As soon as the approval is final (it is conditional at the moment) we will let you know.
Thanks

Unfortunately TESC is still going to transfer the credit as CR.
