Spelling and grammar on InstaCert exams?

I'm not sure if this is the place to post this or not, but here goes. I've taken two practice exams now through InstaCert and the spelling and and grammar mistakes (mostly grammar) have been horrible. In some cases the meaning of the definition or question is even obfuscated. How in the world have these mistakes not been corrected yet?
