Did anyone have any luck enrolling? I couldn't even apply. ApplyTexas never sent me a confirmation email, so i couldn't create an account, so I couldn't submit my application ... I used a gmail address. Does ApplyTexas hate gmail or vice versa?

I was able to enroll, and my daughter is at the point where she can register for classes.  I did not use a gmail address, but she did.  So that's probably not the issue.

I traded several emails with their admissions person over the past week. Their (out of state?) transcript evaluator is still working through the stuff I sent them in October. Credits are slowly starting to populate on my academic record. Interestingly, they seem to give me credit for some things that are on my TESU transcript, even if they didn't come from TESU and wouldn't be accepted by STC directly. For example, I completed English Composition I via the CLEP college composition modular exam. STC doesn't take that CLEP exam - only the full version with essay. However, my degree plan at STC shows English Composition I as being completed at TESU.
Currently, I'm enrolled in the Bachelor's Technology Management program. I have my JagNet account setup and can access online services. I can search through courses in the registration portal as well, but none of the CBE options show up. Manually entering the CBE CRNs returns an error.

I've now located and touched base with the TMGT advisor at STC. She confirmed that despite my outside transcripts recording >210 completed credits with >60 graded RA credits and my completed (but not conferred) ASNSM from TESU, STC's evaluator found just 21 credits which applied to their BATTM or BATCIT programs.
Though I had attached copies of my TESU transcript and evaluation to my initial email, the advisor dared to ask me if I expected more than 21 credits to come through. Of course, I responded that I was expecting upperclassman status. She's currently looking to see if anything else can be used.
I haven't yet qualified for the TSI exemption due to the paucity of college credits transferred. My prior ACT scores were good enough for exemption but older than the five-year limit.
Working with STC has been disappointing, and I still don't know if I'll be able to take any classes there at all.

Lucky you! 21 credits! I only got 7 (out of 49 RA credits) Angry
Oh well. It's not like I'm interested to finish degree with them.

I see your 7 out of 49 RA credits & 21 out of >60 RA credits and raise you 27 out of 105.34 RA credits.

Which I understand that most of my RA credits are lacking in the Core Curriculum / Gen Ed. department, and only 15 of my credits counted towards the technical support area requirement... 6 of those credits being Drawing I & Drawing II.... but the Creative Arts is still incomplete from the Core Curriculum side, wait what?
I'm not expecting them to be anywhere close to the Big 3 however considering I could list 4 different RA courses in my transcript which could have at least considered for Beginning Web Page Programming. It makes me appreciate TESU so much.

I just asked advising for help because it looks like my entire RA education BA doesn't get me any credit and I don't see the competency options I enrolled for. I don't need the whole associates - just need a few courses to add a certification I want, but only if I can do competency based. I'm wondering if my transcripts weren't evaluated. I enrolled in fall and thought they'd get to it by now, though.

Anyone know if this program still has funds? After going back and forth over email for awhile, I finally managed to get registered today, but now I go to the form (https://stc.media/heerfII) and I get an error message saying I don't have permission to view or submit this form. I am afraid they may have run out of money by now.

Are you signed in to your STC email/JagNet? That's required to access the form.
They never got around to registering me.
