I just got my grade back for touchstone 4. It's a ZERO, with a claim that I submitted a .zip file full of "blank files" and not a .doc or .docx. I redownloaded the file from Sophia, confirming that it is a .docx, and that it opens just fine. Now, a .docx is technically a type of a zip file, but a.) Sophia requested .doc or .docx and b.) I have never heard of this happening before and c.) after sending a message to Sophia, I noticed that the message is addressed to someone who is not me. I get that they're busy and possibly overworked right now, but that's a bit ridiculous.

Have you tried calling? Whenever I've called, they've been very helpful.

I had the same problem once, and yes, that's ridiculous.

They're always offline when I check lately. I wanted to chat but the only option was to "leave a message".

I get the same thing. Noon or midnight, the chat always shows offline and I have yet to receive a response from leaving a message. Could be a temporary Covid issue.

I have an opposite experience. Of course, the chat is not online during weekends and midnight, but is always online during standard working hours.
