Given that it was approved for March 1st, it will probably be active any day now.

Hmm, that just hit one of the requirements for the TESU general education courses or at least an elective if it doesn't come in accordingly...

Same for UMPI as well. If this transfers and covers UMPI's American Government/Civics it'd be huge

This actually makes me so excited. I’ve been putting off taking it through a proctored exam because I have young kids and it’s so hard to coordinate quiet time for myself. As soon as this goes live, I’m reactivating my Sophia membership!

I just hope it doesn't have more than one Touchstone. Or, if it has multiple Touchstones, that they're at least short and straightforward.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA
Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

Just saw this course on Sophia’s website. It’s listed as having two touchstones. So far it says 0 partners accept credit transfer . I’m sure that will change. I wonder what the process/timeline is for a school to accept it and consider it transferable.

Saying 0 is common for new classes at Sophia. As soon as students have completed it, and reported transferring it, that'll change.

I was just wondering if anyone takes the US Government class and transfer it to UMPI.
