Hi, I need help to decide which one would be easier for me to do.
Below you can see the options that I have to choose.
- Introduction to humanities

Of those, the easiest ones are probably environmental science, human biology, visual communications, or studying religions.

It depends on the institution you're going to, it won't matter how we recommend the courses, if the school in question doesn't take the Foundations course for example, you shouldn't take it. And if the school takes 90 alternative credits, then take them all... you'll get a mix of answers, but you can answer it yourself by viewing the Sophia.org wiki, it shows you the number of "items" you need to do, pick the one that fits you... further to that, a course that interests you more will be faster than a course someone might recommend you over the other - it's your decision, make it. I just put there the courses that the institution wold accept, I may be interested in more than one subject, but probably some are easier than others. I agree with your arguments, but I know there were people who have already taken some courses and have more experience to say which would be easier. The choice will be made by me, but I need to do this reasearch before make a choice. Btw, the Sophia.org wiki link will be helpful, thank you.

I would say ethics is by far the easiest. I loved art history, but most people naturally learn ethics growing up.

For me.... Visual communications and intro. to Psychology were really easy.

I found ethics to be a bit of a headache. It wasn't impossible but there's a good reason why I strongly recommend that students take Greek Philosophers immediately before Ethics.

Ethics, Art History (I and II) and Human biology were the Sophia courses I enjoyed most, although I don't know that I found Biology or Ethics particularly easy.
Intro to Psych was quite easy, although I didn't especially enjoy it. It was fairly mundane testing of psych basics, so a person could get through it quickly, if nothing else.
You could not pay me enough money to retake Sophia's US History I. The material was interesting, but the testing was possibly the most frustrating experience I've had yet. I don't have psychic abilities, so not being able to read the test creator's mind left me at a severe disadvantage. Would advise this course only if you have ESP and a direct connection with whomever wrote the test.

Visual Communications is a breeze! I completed it in a few hours. Ethics was horrible. I spent 2 weeks on it the first module and gave up.
