Do you think Sophia's Intro to Information Technology (IT) would duplicate a community college class: Survey of Computer Information Systems (CIS)?

It transfers in, at least to TESU, as CIS-107, and I have an intro to information systems from Strayer that transferred in as CIS-105, so it’s possible that it won’t duplicate! At least in my case it didn’t!

When did you transfer it in? Do you think if I transfer it in in June it will still be CIS-107? I have the clep information systems and that is cos 101 so I am thinking it will not duplicate with the sophia course.

I understand that Computer Classes can count to fulfill the Natural World requirements. But if you already have 2 sciences (Environmental and Meteorology) would any extra computer classes count as a gen ed (arts & science) or will they simply count as electives?
