Social Sciences

I need some input. I need 6 Social Sciences credits. I already have Intro to Sociology from previous credits so that's out. I've read the Psych is a good exam to take and have scheduled a test date. Is this the best exam to take? I have to admit that my initial take on studying is that it seems like a lot to retain since I have very little prior knowledge. Any other suggestions for my other 3? or in place of Psych? Thanks.

Psych is a good choice, It is along the lines of sociology in degree of difficulty(easy) in my opionion and very doable.

By all means, yes - take Psych - Human Growth & Behavior and Educational Psych for 9 credits. These all stair-step one another and compliment your original Sociology course - GOOD LUCK!!

Thanks. I will go for Psych and HG&D. I plan on completing 6 CLEP/DANTES to help me graduate by this fall. The others are general elective credits (except one science) so I am looking for quick and easy hits. I've already taken A&I Lit. II currrently plan on taking:

DANTES ENV/Race to Save the Planet (I need 3 science credits and I just finished an UL environmental science course and the content is very similar)

Intro to Marketing

Intro to Mgmt

Undecided: DANTES Organizational Behavior or Ethics in America or maybe the Information Systems CLEP?

Any recommendations/tweaks to this plan?

Thanks again - everyone here is so helpful.Smile

I'd recommend Principles of Supervision, rather than Principles of Marketing, as it's more closely related to Principles of Management (and it's easier). Also, I believe the DSST Intro to Computers is easier than the CLEP Information Systems. All of the tests you're considering are no problem if you memorize the IC flashcards!
