Should we keep Sophia.org account active until touchstones are graded?

Hi, I completed all the required courses, skipped the touchstone ones except "Communication at work". I don't need the subscription anymore. Should I keep the account active and pay next month's fee just for 1 touchstone to be graded?

I don't remember if you need to keep the subscription active or not. I would contact support. How many days to you have left in your subscription? That one should be graded in just a couple of days.

Thank you, I contacted them but looks like they are offline. My subscription ends tomorrow. I submitted the touchstone 4 days ago on 31st Jan.

I don't remember exactly where they are, but the live chat should be around in 6-8 hours. If you don't hear from them in 8-10 hours, I would try again to contact them via live chat. If they're not around, I think you can go ahead and cancel.

It was two and a half weeks for me, with me contacting support three times, beginning around one and a half weeks. And some of the points taken off were wrong or at least questionable, but I finally passed, so I didn't really care.

Really? That's a shame. It's a super short assignment! It shouldn't take that long to grade.

Agreed! In stark contrast, both assignments for Foundations of English Composition were graded within 24 hours, over the weekend! And grading/feedback were surprisingly well done.

My "Communication at work" touchstone was back in less then 2 days (this was 3 weeks ago). Really enjoyed the experience on Sophia, everything was mostly straight forward - of course there are some of the questionable answers on judgement questions... but 21 credits in 4 weeks for $79 with 2 of those being Bus3xx classes - can't beat that...

Don't know what happened, but I received the grade within 5 minutes after chatting with support. Got 145/150(5 marks less for not including the contact number in email signature, helpful for future students). But all happies, Thank you everyone, for your inputs.
