@SSW, That's exactly what I thought you were doing, you have unconditional offer not a conditional offer meaning, there isn't a need for the Bachelors at all.  You're just doing the degree because you feel the need and want to "fill in gaps" that are non existent... A few people on the board have done it this way as well.

It's great you're working backwards to get the degree.  It won't really matter how you play these credits and get the undergrad degree, you can do what is cheap, easy, fast with the added ROI/Value... stick to the institution you can finish faster with, you'll have to review their academic evaluations to determine that.

In regards to the ACTFL, just take the Mandarin option.  I wouldn't take it just yet, you can always take a day or weekend once your evaluation comes in to see if you need the credits placed somewhere.  It's required for UMPI to have a language, so you should take it before you enroll there, or at the latest, in between sessions.
