It took me awhile to learn how to navigate Saylor's old website. Their new website is even more difficult to navigate. Anyway, Saylor has some cool, new partnerships.
Partner Programs | Saylor Academy
Sinhgad Institute of Management and Computer Application (SIMCA) will award credits toward their master's degree in computer applications for Saylor's free courses. You don't need to do any prior learning assessments; all you need to do is enroll. If SIMCA is recognized by the Indian government, I sure as hell will take one of their degrees. American companies seem to have no problem with recognizing Indian degrees.
Saylor/SIMCA Partnership | Saylor Academy
I can't find any information on Saylor's partnerships with Brandman University or University of Memphis. Adamjee Life Academy is only a professional development organization in Pakistan.
Here is some information on the PluggedInVA partnership, but I don't think it will be of interest to anyone here.

Here is more information on the Master of Computer Application program. It's similar to a degree in management information systems. They say the program is approved by the Indian government.

This maybe why a lot of courses are now listed on ProctorU, all the CIS and business courses mentioned are there, i'm guessing all the exams must be proctored for credits to apply to the new partnerships.
It is pretty awesome to think that a masters can be completed using $25 exams and free tuition.
Brandman is $500 per credit or $250 per credit for audit only, does audit only apply to incoming Saylor credits?

Definitely. The Sinhgad Management Institute appears to be part of the University of Pune system. Some details of its approval here:

I note the MCA degree program was first approved in 1996. That's good news -- the school has been doing this for quite a while.

Saylor has finally put up information for Brandman University, but they are still missing info on University of Memphis. For Brandman, you go through Saylor's free courses and take the proctored exam for $25. If you pass, then you send your transcript to Saylor for verification, and Saylor will forward it to Brandman. I don't know why you would have your Saylor transcript sent to Saylor.

So the Saylor/Brandman partnership has a bunch of Computer Science courses that would work for computer science degrees at TESC. Does anyone know how it would work to transfer those courses over to TESC? Apply at Brandman, take the courses through Saylor, transfer the courses to Brandman for credit, and then send your Brandman transcript to TESC. Would this work? It would certainly save thousands of dollars! But I'm guessing this is too good to be true...
