Yes, you're correct bjcheung77, BSBA CIS. Currently, I'm planning to take SL C++, CSU Systems Analysis & Design, CSU Cloud Computing and Big Data, and study.com Management Information Systems.
I do know that there is a DSST for MIS and Cybersecurity, but I have found recently that I don't do well with DSST; I study better and faster when it's an actual course and has more structure to it.
My main problem is getting the UL credits. I know that study.com MIS and the two CSU classes are UL, but it's the last one I'm having a hard time with. For now I'm thinking I'll just take the Network Technology TECEP. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

I was going to take Saylor Software Engineering as UL, now it seems I'll have to find something else to replace it with. Has anyone taken the Study.com course Database Management (Computer Science 303)?
Don't make the assumption that Saylor's Software Engineering won't come in as UL, get it planned into your academic eval and find out.
Davewill - I was skeptical too, but I confirmed with my academic advisor yesterday. She said that Saylor Software Engineering now comes in as LL. Bummer.

dfrecore can chime in, but for the BSBA CIS area of study at TESU, the following courses at study.com should work as Upper Level without being solely a test out option: Business 309: Digital Marketing and Advertising, Computer Science 302: Systems Analysis and Design, and Computer Science 303: Database Management.

My suggestion, skip the CSU global and take it at Study.com for the Cheap/Easy/Fast
Take the following: You need 12 credits only, all from Study.com
Study.com Comp Sci 302 - CIS 320: System Analysis & Design I
Study.com Comp Sci 303 - CIS 311: Database Management
Study.com Business 303 - MIS > CIS 301 - MIS
Study.com Business 309 - Digital Marketing & Advertising > MAR 441
(this will go into the CIS even though it's marketing)

I agree. CSU-Global is more expensive, you might as well do Study.com.

Hello good afternoon you guys, I'm wondering does Saylor's BUS 202: Principles of Finance course transfer to Thomas Edison State University as equivalent to their FIN 301 Principles of Finance course?
