SUU is offering an online Bachelor of General Studies completion program for $75 per credit hour

-Runs 2 classes per 7 weeks (so would take 3 years to complete if you have no credits already, probably better options)
-Regionally accredited
-Allows credit transfer in which reduces what you need to complete (from RA sources), but has a 30 credit hour residency requirement.
-ONLY he BGS 

All in all, it seems like a very good option if you're looking for a more traditional complete courses sequentially option AND you already have a signifcant number of credits to transfer in (up to the 90 credit limit), which could result in a degree in degree in ~40 weeks. LOTS of course options. 

I am heavily considering it as I need a more traditional degree option if I am to utilize employer educatonal reimbursement.

$2250 for a degree isn't bad. UMPI can theoretically do better, but not everyone wants or can handle a competency-based degree. It'd be way better if they accepted ACE and/or NCCRS credit. It does look like they accept CLEP/DSST, though. And XAMK (or other Finnish universities) might be an option for students who are looking for affordable transfer credit: https://www.suu.edu/credits

It's a good option for those who already hold enough RA credits for transfer and do the minimum OR for those who already have an Associates and want to ladder up to a Bachelors.

Based on their FAQs they only accept RA credit so that wouldn't help most folks here. It is also slower than UMPI or WGU as you're on a term schedule with weekly deadlines. You aren't moving at your own pace which many of us are pretty good at doing. If you're on the western side of the country this may be a better option than UMPI for the name recognition. On the eastern side of the country UMPI may be better for the name. The name also says it's a state university which SUU's name doesn't imply which is kind of unusual.

Plenty of Compass Point, State Name, University schools out there.  Georgia Southern, Texas Southern, South Alabama, Eastern Michigan, Western Carolina, Eastern Washington, Central Oklahoma… except for SNHU I’d wager almost all of them with this name format are state schools even without the word “state” in the name.

And like I said location matters. Regionally names can make a difference in hiring. I know people who weren't hired because of basketball wars between their schools which is ridiculous. Weird things like this happen.
