I'm always happy to complete the free application waiver for those applying to WGU (I get a free gift from WGU for this). Just PM me your first/last name and a valid email so I can complete their form.

I can't find too many details about the program. It looks each course is Project Based. Kind of reminds me of TESC's portfolio process for gaining credits, kind of. Very interesting!

Problem with it, as I see it, is getting in. Your employer has to participate or I think your locked out. That makes it a non starter for vast swathes of the population.
Cool idea though...

This was posted on the other forum where I mentioned that Texas already has $10,000 degree programs. Florida also has them, but these aren't helpful for non-residents.

Neither is SNHU's all that helpful either, really. With it's small number of corporate sponsors I would guess they actually reach less people than the populous states of Texas and Florida.

Good point there, but Excelsior has a $10,000 degree plan! It's kind of stupid though because people have long already figured out how to complete an Excelsior degree for much less than $10,000. Maybe the Big 3 should start advertising $4k, $5k, and $6k degrees.
