The more credits you transfer the faster you finish. If you transfer the maximum, ie. 90 out of 120, you only have 25% left.

Are you studying in an Indian or US SNHU? When I talked to the admission advisor she said you can not finish before 3.5 years and can not transfer more than 15 credits for a CS degree. Is that true ?

I'm not studying there. Those people who contact you first when you try to get in touch with SNHU are IMHO more like sales people than real advisors.
Here SNHU clearly states how it is:

(It is on SNHU India website.) University is accredited in US, everything must be more or less same. Yes, I have heard there are some differences in which past credits they accept, not sure whether it is true or about details, anyway eg. Sophia must be accepted by both.
