SL Crashed during Midterm - Question

Question... when the blackboard goes down, (as it did on me last night in the middle of my ACCT II midterm) will Straighterline allow me to retake this exam?
It was around 10pm Arizona time and I wasn't even half way through when it went down. I checked this morning and the score posted at 4am 45/300 ouch.... so it was down for several hours.
Has anyone ran into this situation and if so how did Straighterline handle it.
(I sent them an email last night, AND left a phone message that it went down in the middle of my exam).

Hey Julia,

I don't think you'll have any problem getting them to reset it. Their policy states that you can re-take an exam
if you have a technical issue just as you describe. Their system should have a log of the incident if there was
a major crash.

My wife and I have had several issues with them and they've always been very willing to take care of things.
Give them another call tomorrow morning and you should be fine.

I had the same thing happen before. I called SL and they pulled up the test and reset the exam.

You shouldn't have a problem at all. I have had many issues with SL exams (some I have threads about). They have always reset exams for me.

Update... SL returned my call and email today and my exam has been reset. thanks everyone.

Arghhh! This just happened to me. I was setting aside the day to get some testing and studying done and they just crashed when I was 80% done with the exam. I can't finish the exam. I can't go on to other courses. I'm dead in the water.

I'm not happy.
