Is it RE UP or REPO? It could be a typo, when they had the SPOOKED59 coupon it didn't work for me, I had another email say SPOOKY59 and that worked, its strange some coupons are working and others aren't.

I just talked to someone on the phone from SL and she was saying there will probably be a promo at the end of the week. But she wasn't sure if it was for a course, a membership, or a course with a membership, etc.

"New students" usually includes returning students (anyone who doesn't have an active membership). But you'd have to confirm that with SL or just check the code to see if it works when reactivating membership.
