I knew my schedule down to the day and asked study.com this very question a couple weeks ago but failed to word it specific enough.
Thank you for this info. I will try and make sure to stay on the monthly schedule.

Send an email or call, they may be able to make the adjustment manually; or possibly extend your access date.

I provided their email that gave me the impression I would not lose an exam. They told me it's all computer controlled so nothing they can do. It's okay. That helped me decide to shorten my BALS program (was going to change the concentration to psychology). Instead I'll just focus on finishing fast.
