Does any know if TESU made any changes certain degree requirements for the 2020 -2021 catalog years? If so which ones?

I don't know but OSS has been down for the last several hours. Could be routine maintenance or they could be updating their web pages with new content.

I checked a couple of days ago and at least the BALS seems the same.
