Every course is a stand alone course, the same as if it were taken at any post-secondary institution. If everyone could just re-use their previously submitted assignments and re-word them it would defeat the whole purpose of the course. You can't do that in university, so why should you be allowed to here?

You seem to keep mixing the two together. Study.com is just an alternative credit source, they aren't TESU. They could obviously care less about what order you take your courses in. They have no idea what your goal is or what your transcripts look like. You are using them to fulfill course requirements towards a degree.

Not sure why on earth you would expect them to just grant you credit because you have completed some assignments previously. No school would do that for you, unless you already have an equivalent course on your actual submitted transcripts, in which case you wouldn't need to complete the course.

One clarification I would like to offer though- it was never my intention to turn in a previously written paper without first informing the instructor. I wouldn’t want to ‘pretend’ as if I wrote a new paper. I was only wondering if I can let the instructor know that I have been previously graded for a similar assignment, and if I need to do it again.
