I try to find the basic membership link for 39$ or so. I can see only 59$ and 199$ memberships. Can anyone send link for basic one ? Thanks a lot

I ve got it. If anyone is interested choose during registration:
"Student", then "Study for a class", which should bring you the Basic Edition plan at the end of proces which is 29$ / months

Some things to consider when we used the basic in Dec.:  Things on the Basic are oriented a bit different then from the accelerator?  Not sure why, but they are.  No progress bar, and only current chapter on the side not the whole course while working.  You don't get the quizzes from what I remember?  You do not get to see the Rubic for any assignments, and this was big for us.  So thankful we thought to save that before we switched.  We used the basic just to finish up some assignments before Christmas.  IF it does not work out for you, they can upgrade to the accelerator.

I want to go through theory before i move on to accelerator. So it will do for now. I believe assignments you can see even without subscription. When i brush up on theory will move on to quizzes

You can see the assignments with Premium but I'm not sure about Basic. They're a bit difficult to locate with Premium as it is. If you want assignment info for a course or two, let me know.
