Very few applicants will even be considered.
Only after the SAS the Chief's University formatted CV is submitted, will an applicant be allowed further consideration. Less than one percent of those interested get past this stage.

I have a friend with an associate's degree from ITT Tech in TV/VCR repair, 6 master's degrees that they got as part of a package deal for $199 on LivingSocial, 3 honorary doctorates and an honorary professorship from Graham International University. (They can send you an AI-generated image of them in GIU regalia, if you would like it). They would like to do the PhD, but they don't want to write a dissertation. If they are accepted, can they do a brief interpretive dance and a ChatGPT-generated slide deck instead?

Here's a thought;
should your CV warrant an interview, You could provide transportation for us to my friend's resort in Baguio City, to tell your "No shitter." The San Miguel is fresh and ice cold. The food is absolutely out of this world.
