Edit Reason: Fixed code for cert
)
Hi -
Question from my son: For anyone who completed either or both of the SAS programmer certificates via Coursera (SAS Programmer
Certificate, SAS Advanced Programmer
Certificate) and transferred them into TESU, a couple of questions:
- For anyone doing the math associates, did both courses get applied to the Math AOS electives?
- For anyone doing the BACS, did the advanced certificate, which is identified as transferring as STA-399, get applied to the Computer Science electives?
Thanks.

I have the advanced certificate transferred into TESU. When I do an eval for the BA Computer Science, the STA-3999 shows up in H. Additional AOS Electives

I didn't find the STA-3999 on this Undergraduate Course Offerings list, is it still possible to transfer?

The x999 courses are for transfers that TESU do not have an equivalent course for. I transferred mine in at the end of 2023 or very early 2024 so I don't see why it wouldn't still transfer.

I'm studying for my BA in Computer Science. Have you finished other Coursera certificates and then transferred to TESU?
I found there were(below link) a lot of certificates that could be transferred to TESU. I'm wondering which one should I take.

I think my Google IT Professional cert transferred but not for anything I needed, it was just a cert I had. None of the certs seemed to fill any slots for any programs I considered. If they did transfer into something useful there was probably another quicker/cheaper option from Sophia or Study.com or Straighterline.
I think the better way is to plan your degree from the sources on the wiki degree plans and choose Coursera certs that are more applicable to areas you may wish to pursue with your BA.
