My son and daughter-in-law want to take this lab along with the SL course. But tonight when she read the syllabus, the 14 lab requirement was a bit scary. Can anyone give me some more specific details about exactly what these labs entail? I know one is a food diary, but what are the others like and what is a reasonable amount of time that needs to be spent on each one?
Thank you!

Wait, Straighterline doesn't offer a lab for Introduction of Nutrition. At least I don't see one in the Straighterline course list.

No, it doesn't. The lab is taken through Rio Salado College. They will take the actual course through SL and the lab portion through Rio Salado.

I've read on here that the RS lab course can be completed in a few days. Very easy.
