What is this $2,800? Feels like extortion.
Also, I read about a discount from a Study.com membership, how do I apply for this?

There is no longer discount on the TESU residency waiver through the Study.com (SDC) affiliation - only a discount on course tuition (of you're not a NJ resident)
https://www.tesu.edu/studycom/ To become eligible for the tuition discount you need to transfer two (or more) SDC courses to TESU.
There are no discounts available for the TESU Residency available anymore, everyone pays the same flat rate; the only way to avoid it is to take 16 (or more) credits directly with TESU (TECEP exams do not count towards residency)

Does anyone know how the Onlinedegree.com discount works? Apparently they have have a 5% discount. Is that on the total cost?

It's only on tuition -

SDCs tuition discount is better.

It's for if you don't meet the residency (credits) for the number of courses taken at the school and still want to graduate. It's only paid in that instance. OR you can take classes at TESU to meet the residency requirement like any other school.
I paid mine. It was that or another 6 classes.

EC has it as well, only they call it the "Enrollment Fee" for anyone taking fewer than 12cr through them. They also have a Student Services Annual Fee each year after the first if you don't take 6cr. This is all under their "Multi-Source Option."

Is the cornerstone only 1 credit and costs 379 (sdc discount applied)? And can it be started anytime?

The 1 credit Cornerstone course you're thinking of is no longer an option. It has been replaced by the TESU required SOS-110: Critical Information Literacy (3 credits) - it is required for all programs.

It was like $1,300 or so, IIRC.

Thank you for pointing that out.
The waiver is 2800, 3+3 corner cap, total 5074. Would you recommend going with flat tuition (4928) and taking 12cr? Or would those course be much slower than SDC,SL,...?
Is SOS-110 only available "Aug 2019,
Sep 2019,
Oct 2019,
Nov 2019,
Dec 2019", and not in Jan 2020?
