I'm not saying you're wrong, I'm just saying that they probably won't go for it. But I'd certainly contact them, and send them this link, as well as the links to both of the business degrees that you want, and see what happens, if you want to fight it.
I would say that at best, they'll say it doesn't apply to the BSBA. At worst though, they may decide that you can't get a GM and another AOS for the BSBA. I definitely wouldn't be surprised if they did this.
I don't think I will pursue a challenge; it may be futile lesson in frustration to my disadvantage, that could be remedied by taking one more course. I'm not sure if this is the ideal mindset to have when approaching this situation, but the effort vs potential reward seemed to be against me.
FYI, Saylor has some extra CIS/CS courses that may fit in the CIS AOS.
For $25 and a little study time, I think it's well worth it to get both AOS done.
To be on the safe side, I would still take MIS at Davar or Study.com
And then get pre-approval to take any of the three new Saylor CS courses.

Study.com does not have MIS - ed4credit does though. It's also available as a DSST.

Saylor has several courses that would work for the CIS, I would get the pre-approved before taking anything:
CS101: Introduction to Computer Science I >> COS-101
CS102: Introduction to Computer Science II >> CIS-103
BUS206: Management Information Systems >> CIS-201
BUS303: Strategic Information Technology >> CIS-301
CS301: Software Engineering >> CIS-351
CS402: Computer Communications and Networks >> CMP-354
Again, I would get any of these pre-approved and put into your degree plan ahead of time.
And, some are known to have issues. My husband says the Networks exam is crap. He failed it even though he does things like this for a living, because the test had incorrect answers.

As always, thank you very much for the advice and information!
The kicker regarding the CIS AOS is that im actually short 0.5 UL Credits in completing the AOS Requirements. I will look into the options suggested for the X-300 Level classes to see which would be the easiest to complete based on prior knowledge. On a brighter note, just finished all 4 ALEKS classes!
It's been a little bit since I posted in my own thread, but I hoped to seek some input (and to report on my own update as a form of self-accountability.)
Requesting Input/Suggestions - Eng. Comp 1 & 2, Oral Communication, Diversity/Sociology, Civic Engagement
I haven't been able to find much information on this, and what I have been able to find leads me to believe that my understanding is correct: I do not believe Saylor's English Composition 1/2 transfers to TESU, and if not, what are the cheapest alternative options I could use to fulfil that slot? And for the oral communication course, is there an alternative that can be done without the need for a self-recorded speech? I've given a number of lectures at the college level as a guest speaker, so public speaking part is not of major concern, however the process of recording and uploading a video is a bit on the cumbersome side.
I'm also a little hard pressed on finding good options that would allow me to fulfil the diversity and civic engagement sections, respectively. If others have suggestions for these two, it would be very much appreciated.
I intend on knocking out as much from Davar Academy as possible, and sorely regret not doing my first test until now, but will rush to get through as much as possible. The professional core electives and the BSBA GM AOS are aimed to be completed via Davar, but only time will tell how much is possible.
I've not received preapproval on any of the Davar couses as they seem to be generally accepted according to the information I received from Davar. Is this a risky dice roll, or am I safe to roll with it?
Progress Update
I completed the ACTFL OPIc in the Korean Language, scoring Advanced-Mid. This would be equivalent to 9 credits according to ACE, and have requested the scores to be pulled from ACTFL to the ACE Transcript. From there, I intend on submitting my first copy to TESU for Evaluation and Inclusion. Regretfully, 6 of the credits will be going to waste as I was able to fulfil the other electives with math courses from ALEKS, but its nice to have the certificate regardless for future employment purposes. That is expected to knock out 3 credits in the Human Cultures section.
I've also completed Microeconomics via Davar Academy, which is expected to satisfy the 3 Credit Microeconomics portion of the Professional Business Requirements.
And in a bittersweet twist, I was able to complete Management Information Systems via Davar Academy, which is expected to satisfy the remaining 0.50 Credits in the BSBA CIS UL AOS Requirement, completing off the CIS AOS Entirely.
This course was pre-approved by TESU. No matter what I propose, I was denied at fulfilling the CIS AOS Requirements with what I already had completed due to a mixture of incompatible courses and validity of courses relative to time taken (as it has been a few years). Subsequently, I cannot use MIS in the GM AOS as confirmed by dfrecore and TESU.

The spreadsheet you have lists all of the places you can use to test out of everything. So for English Comp I, you can use SL, Study.com, CLEP, and TECEP. Davar also has it available, but not with the special they have going this month, it would be a separate fee. Same with English Comp II, it's listed.
For Oral Comm, TESU doesn't give waivers that I know of. Just take it through SL or Study.com or the DSST and get it over with. Cumbersome or not, it's your only option.
For Diversity, check TESU's Gen Ed listing to see all of the options. Then, check to see where you can get them all. Way too many to list, but Davar doesn't have anything.
For Civic Engagement, Am Govt is available through Davar.
Not sure why you want to go through Davar because they aren't considered the easiest (or cheapest) exams out there. Unless you have the June special, I would use them as my last resort (lots of them have essay questions, not my favorite).

Just 42 credits left in BSBA - CIS... 51 in GM.
I took the English modular without essay clep. I thought it was a pretty simple test

I'm planning on taking the dsst test for my English 2 course can't remember the name but I think there were a couple choices that would count
