Here, I want to copy and paste the complete list with exceptions for anyone else using this thread:
College Credit for ACE Credit-Recommended Courses
Students can receive college credit for American Council on Education (ACE) credit-recommended ALEKS courses. To receive credit, a student must assess at 70% or greater on the course material for an ACE credit-recommended ALEKS course and be registered with the ACE Credit Online Transcript System. Once ALEKS and ACE have confirmed the student's completed work in ALEKS, an ACE transcript is provided. The ACE transcript can then be used to request up to three semester hours of college credit per course at educational institutions that grant credit for ACE credit-recommended courses.
Visit the ACE College Credit Recommendation Service for more information.
ACE Credit-Recommended ALEKS Courses:
Beginning Algebra (NOT accepted at TESC)
Intermediate Algebra (3 credits at TESC)
College Algebra OR College Algebra with Trigonometry NOT BOTH (3 credits at TESC)
Trigonometry OR PreCalculus NOT BOTH (3 credits at TESC)
Introduction to Statistics OR Business Statistics OR Statistics for the Behavioral Sciences NOT MORE THAN ONE -this is for all BA degrees except business (3 credits at TESC)
in addition,
you can count 6 more gen ed credits through CLEP College Math (under college algebra in difficulty ranking)
So, as you see, there are tons of credits hanging there for you to grab, including the ones under college algebra

For a 2 year old? Love them up, buy toys that they manipulate instead of things that teach passive feeding of learning. (say yes to paint and duplo blox, just say no to anything that needs batteries) Talk to them like a person, when you ask a question - wait for their response, everything is a learning opportunity. As for computers, I'm pretty conservative. All my kids have bought their own, and only after they were smart enough to figure out how. (price shop to compare this and that, fill out a bank withdrawal slip, know how to identify spam, fill out a warranty card, register for ALEKS math lol, etc you get the idea)
When I was a new mom I read something about "creative deprivation" and it stuck. It's pretty much my entire parenting philosophy Of course, it's not something I'm "doing" it's just the way our house is. My kids couldn't imagine asking me to buy them something, I never ever have. They are very entrepreneurial, and love coming up with ways to get what they want out of life.
I don't put much stock in "curriculum" being the key to anything. At the end of the day, you don't need curriculum to teach the 3 R's. I would also say that once you hit about 10, they really should be able to do school alone (or close to it) anyway, so I really (really! really!) work hard in the early years so the framework has been built.
EDIT: I will suggest a curriculum since I realize I probably just freaked you out. Check out Robinson Curriculum. Don't buy it, just watch all the free videos on the website. You can do it yourself for free and a library card. Spend these years laying the foundation and LEARNING HOW to be a homeschool teacher. Ask yourself what you want out of your kids- when they graduate 12th grade, what does that look like? Personality, character, brains? Think about all of this. A college degree is a fine goal, but any schmuck can earn a degree. Dig deeper.

Jennifer,
Your right on! Thanks for insight and great ideas. People need to realize everyday is a learing experience if you allow it to be. ( Grocery Store = Math problems...weighing food and looking at food prices etc etc etc) I like that kids can do a few hours of work at home that it would take all day at school to learn! In that time she could be learing a musical instrument, dedicate herself to a sport or learn real life skills like cooking and sewing. Just my take....Thanks again!

Hi Jennifer, quick question..
Im always wanting to confirm my road map to my BSBA General Management. So far i have 3 maths i need to take.. Precalculus, Statistics, and Business Math,
you say
"Trigonometry OR PreCalculus NOT BOTH (3 credits at TESC)
Introduction to Statistics OR Business Statistics OR Statistics for the Behavioral Sciences NOT MORE THAN ONE -this is for all BA degrees except business (3 credits at TESC)"
My questions:
-Will Trig OR PreCalc fulfill my PreCalc requirement or just specifically Precalc?
-Will Business Stats fulfill my Business Math? And also take Stats for my Stat req? Or are these duplicates..
Or is there any other options for Business Math that may be more simple than Bus. Stats.?
I appreciate any info, thank you

Thanks Can219
I hope to finish this week, I will keep everyone posted.
The thing is (yeah, I know I'm weird), I have a 74%. However stats is an enjoyable new topic to me that holds my interest. At the same time I know that I need to get my credits into Ace and move on to more testing.
