Admissions responded "Yes, we do enroll students from NY. Where did you complete your Bachelor’s degree?"
I contacted them awhile back and was told they don't accept NY students.
This is on the MPH webpage:
Program availability varies by state and campus.
When I was looking at them last year they told me they don't accept NY students. The website says the business programs weren't available in NY and RI. Maybe they've worked out whatever the issue was with NY. The website doesn't say anything about the degrees not being available in specific states anymore.

Rasmussen college is available in California if you call.
There are 11 week long asynchronous courses you can progress at your own pace.
7 essays per class. Most are 7-10 pages.

7 essays per class? Did you attend Rasmussen college before?

Nope that's what the person there I talked to told me. My friend wants to do an MPH but wants me to do it with him.

Nope that's what the person there I talked to told me. My friend wants to do an MPH but wants me to do it with him. Seems like a lot of work I could do a brick and mortar program and write less

I was checking out their MBA and the website lists the courses with a breakdown of each course and what the assignment is each week. There's 7 assignments for each MBA class as well. They're all papers and presentations. Most of the papers are 1-2 pages.

The papers are short - 1-2 pages for the most part. A B&M wouldn't be competency based nor could you move at your own speed. You'd be stuck sitting in class for 15 weeks.

That would explain the change! I wasn't sure if that had been finalized yet.
