So if they don't answer the questions, they change their stance to that which is most politically advantageous, and no one fact checks them . . . what exactly is it that makes you like the debates so much? The good-looking moderators? XD

Well I said, rarely answer the questions thoroughly. What I like about it is that as I said, it's one of the few, if not the only time the two candidates actually discuss/debate with each other face to face. It's a chance to see them go head to head, and how they choose to go about it. haha, but no it's not the moderators. There's several things that I like about it. Guess I try not to throw the baby out with the bathwater.

Whoever is our next president, this country just needs a serious wake up call. Finding a job is becoming extinct. A good job that is.... ;/

I find it hard to find qualified candidates for my open positions. Its quite the opposite of what many see as a jobless recovery. We are often threatened by HR that they will close our job postings because we have had them open too long. All the really good programmers are already working and when we do interview a good one, they end up taking a position elsewhere.
