Can you tell me if all the courses are going to have milestones that require this much writing? I know the final assessments are going to be papers/essays/etc. But in Intro to Ed and Foundations of Ed, the milestones are very in depth writing assignments so far. (I have done 3.). I realize I will also be reflecting on field experiences throughout, so I can see how writing a lot is necessary. But just curious if after these two courses will be the same. I am trying to work through a minimum of 5 courses this session, hopefully 7, and I don't see that happening if I have to write 1.5 - 3 pages or more for every milestone from here on out. With my work load and family life, it's a lot. And I felt like after reading discussions and seeing the lists for the classes, it would be doable. But I just wasn't anticipating this for the milestones, I guess.

I did the EDU minor, but I'm having a hard time remembering exactly what the milestones were for each class. I do feel like the two you are talking about felt like the biggest classes in the minor. PE was super quick if you've learned how to design a lesson plan. I loved ALL of the EDU professors and felt like they were very approachable and interested in getting to know me and encouraged me along the way. A couple of professors taught multiple classes, so I enjoyed that. Professor Boma was very straightforward and moved along quickly. I think you'll find it's more doable after those two classes are done. I did 19 classes in two sessions working and parenting (though my kids are teenagers). My best work time was like 4am-6am before I got the kids up for school and on the weekends while they slept a bit later, I still woke up early and knocked out a ton. You can do it! Good luck to you!

Thank you! That is what I was hoping to hear! I know these two seemed to be more in-depth, so to speak, than the others appeared to be from what little I could tell, but it scared me a bit.
