Question about taking courses for a second bachelors before the first is completed

Say I decided to seek a second bachelors in future. Should I wait to take credit courses until my first degree is conferred, or could I take courses now? In other words, will a college care when those courses were taken?

TESU definitely cares and wants the credits completed after conferral.
