However, I'll have to do some more digging in regards to my first question because if im not mistaken the proof of three classes already taken must be provided before enrolling. Thank you again.
Generally, you earn all your alt credits first, then enroll and bring them all in. I don't know why you would want to enroll with zero credits?
They may let you enroll bring in some credits and give you some time to bring in additional credits though this time is not unlimited and they are going to pressure you to put down a deposit or else you lose your enrollment.
- My friend expressed they wanted to enroll asap top make sure the get the tax credits for being enrolled in school for 2021. : He may have to wait though until he gets those RA credits.

The next ExcelTrack begins December 8. If you haven't applied by now, I don't see how you'll be able to start then. They're closed Thursday-Friday for the holiday and they're closed weekends.
I don't know of any school where he'd be able to start before the year is over. What tax credits?

He needs to read this:
https://www.irs.gov/credits-deductions/individuals/aotc
He needed to be a student when the year started. He's too late now.

I am in my capstone with the same way mentioned in the above article.
However, there has been some changes for IT certification credits by the university itself. It can be done through multiple IT certifications though.

That Reddit seems in line with what I heard about Purdue. I figure an average student would have around 20hrs per week to work on their studies so it would take 3 terms at Purdue.
So you already completed courses with Purdue? I thought you were still in the process of enrolling since you were recently talking about bringing in certs.
How many courses did you do in how many terms? What degree program are you in?
Degrees: BA Computer Science, BS Business Administration with a concentration in CIS, AS Natural Science & Math, TESU. 4.0 GPA 2022.
Course Experience: CLEP, Instantcert, Sophia.org, Study.com, Straighterline.com, Onlinedegree.org, Saylor.org, Csmlearn.com, and TEL Learning.
Certifications: W3Schools PHP, Google IT Support, Google Digital Marketing, Google Project Management

I think there is a guy another who is recently talking about IT certification for his cloud degree.
I am in Capstone for my cloud degree.
I have completed 42 credits in one term and second term is for capstone.
This is exactly the above Reddit guy mentioned in the forum.
I had my Aws certificate and rest of the credits from Sophia and SDC which made total of 135 credits and 45 credits at Purdue.
The degree duration at Purdue is 2 terms.

He needs to read this:
https://www.irs.gov/credits-deductions/individuals/aotc
He needed to be a student when the year started. He's too late now. I don't see that language on the site. Am I missing it? What I see is: "Be enrolled at least half time for at least one academic period* beginning in the tax year". I read that to mean if the person start school anytime before the end of the year and is enrolled at least half time, they qualify (assuming they meet all the other requirements).

Here you go:
Who is an eligible student for AOTC?
To be eligible for AOTC, the student must:
- Be pursuing a degree or other recognized education credential
- Be enrolled at least half time for at least one academic period* beginning in the tax year
The tax year started back on January 1.

I agree that this means that the student can get it if they were enrolled at any time this current year. So if you enroll before December 31, you should be fine. Of course, I don't know any schools where a term starts in late December, so...
