Since the fees paid to Kaplan are a percentage of revenue (which obviously will not go beyond 100% LOL), then the only way for them to suffer a net operating loss is something outside of that fee setup. In other words, there are non-Kaplan and PUG-specific operating expenses that are bloating their budget. What it is, we don't know.

Very interesting. As a PUG student, I haven't seen anything in my experience that's implied any sort of financial issues, but the numbers don't lie. I may try harder now to finish my MS as quickly as possible to make sure, you know, there's actually a university when I'm done.

This situation will only hurt them further as enrollment plummets. People will be wary to enroll in a college that may very well not be around for long.
