Their graph doesn't match the story. Construction trades are only up 5%, which is lower than psychology and agricultural science.

Yeah, I think there is a greater divide... for those who reach college/university and want to study subjects that are more academic in nature vs those who are going to community college and getting into apprenticeships or trades (or doing so to get their first two years so they can go into option #1).
