I am getting close to the end of my bsba at Thomas Edison State university, and I have already completed my Internship for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, as well as the class room component . I will still have to sit for state and national boards. I have a concern though. I am afraid that I will not interview well and I am worried about how I will be perceived. I need a shot of confidence and some practice interviewing and maybe behavioral coaching. Anyone have any helpful ideas?

Sometimes your local Adult Education center will offer this sort of help. Adult Ed centers are often aligned either with local school districts or community colleges. If they do not directly offer interview coaching, they might be able to point you in the right direction to find someone who could help.

I think communication is key to everything - personal/interpersonal and interviewing. Since you're already taking SL courses, my recommendation is to take both their SL Intro to communications and also Business Communications courses. The intro course is great as you can do a video and practice that, it's awesome to see how you perceive yourself and build upon that...

if you can figure out a way to hire burbuja0512 she'll get you ready. I'm 100% serious. Message her here, if you don't get a reply, let me know and I'll get ahold of her. She is a ROCK STAR at resumes, negotiation, interviews, being resourceful- seriously. And, though I don't think she posts much about it, she has a BIG BIG executive position with an organization everyone here has heard of. Seriously, reach out to her, she's the best.
