I have 190 credits, I already have my BOG and am going theUMPI route.
I’ve been in contact with all of my local community colleges, and they offer PLA prior learning assessments.
I started my academic journey at a private art school 15 years ago so I have my freshman, credits, out-of-the-way.
Despite having so many credits if I ever want to finish it up, I’m still a freshman at an art school. And all the methods to get cheap credit don’t really offer art credits (saylor, study, Sophia)
If it’s helpful for you to get an idea here is my design résumé
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1no-BdhORTq8Z4IUiVF8hhIerqDxA7ozZHN8Ri-QeY84
so I’ve contacted all the community colleges and I can do a portfolio review, but I would have to do a residency and I have so many credits that it doesn’t exactly make sense. Again this is at the associates level.
Knowing all that what advice do you have.
I would like to knock out some color theory typography ace or NCCRS credits if you know of any, or if I could go through portfolio reviews, tell him give me to the senior level somewhere.

What do you want to accomplish? A bachelor's degree in art? Any bachelor's degree? Just more training or a certificate of some sort?

What kind of a budget and what sort of timeline do you anticipate? Specifically for my question, Bachelor and fine arts Or an associates in some form of illustration or design.
I’m already in the process of finishing up a technical and a business degree, At least at UMPI. But I would like a bachelor of fine arts just for myself.
So whether it’s something like Sophia But for art credits or art portfolio evaluation for credits. As I mentioned, I am 100 190 credits but none of them are really hard related besides the first 30 or so

Have you looked into UMPI's Portfolio Assessment and potentially a minor there, additional to your YourPace program, in Art and/or Graphic Design?

It is generally recommended that you remove your personal details when posting (such as those on your resume). Your resume is showing you have a bachelor from EU? And if you've already completed the BOG AAS then you're not a freshman in art school? With that said, I'm going to echo davewill and ask what are you trying to accomplish, etc? It is best to provide us the listing of the credits you do have so that we can make a proper assessment to make suggestions best suited to your situation. You should complete the template found here https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...Area-works

No one I have ever spoken with at UMPI suggests taking the PLA courses for credit. You pay up front for the credits and there's no guarantee that you'll earn them. You have to write something like 5 papers per course, have letters from managers, and documentation. It wasn't a fast or easy process. You pay per credit, too. SNHU has a bachelor's in graphic design. That's the route I'd recommend if it's a second bachelor's.

You should complete the template found here https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...Area-works Thank you for the advice, I’m one class away from graduating at EU (Capstone), but took a hard turn because of YourPace UMPI BAS degree with minors in Business and IT would be more beneficial.
I’m at work and wasn’t paying attention. My grammar
might’ve been terrible. By saying freshman in art school, despite having 190+ credits none/minimal of them meet the qualifications for a BFA.

What kind of a budget and what sort of timeline do you anticipate? The goal is minimal budget, like Sophia but for the Art Studio classes towards a BFA. This is also 100% a personal satisfaction degree, so no real timeline. I just rather not spend the $1500-2000 class for an Art degree.

I haven't really checked for classes on this degree. There isn't quite a lot of cheap online ACE options as far as I know.
But I am looking at Xamk's open courses in Finnish (which can be robo translated to English and according to several people on the forum the transcript will be translated to English). Tesu is known to accept Xamk courses.

WGU is expected to introduce a CBE BS in User Experience (UX) Design in the near future. That's a form of design degree.
Liberty has some offerings in design, and if you qualify for discounts you could drive down their cost.

The balanced mix/match trifecta of certs, degree, experience is what I recommend... What's your Pierpont BOG emphasis? What about the UMPI? Is it a BAS, BLS, or one of the BA, BABA? Here's your previous thread, readers may want to know more on your current scenario... This will give them some more idea before they provide you any further advice.
