Hello all,
I just signed up for this site to gain a bit more info before my principles of management CLEP next Tuesday 9/3. I have finished all 135 videos on education-portal.com and scored an 81 on the first Peterson practice test.
My question is this: Are the Peterson's still considered more difficult than the actual test?(as was the case in the previous posts I've read from circa 2006-2009)
I ask because when I started going through the flashcards there was one theorist that I hadn't seen at all up to that point. I printed off a study guide from a poster on the specific feedback forum and most of that stuff is just review at this point...
Just looking to get some ideas about the more recent versions of the test as it seems to have evolved into a bit tougher of a test than it used to be. This will be my second CLEP, and I only used an REA book last time for US history 1 as I was ignorant to this sites existence. Any help or guidance is appreciated thanks!

In many/most cases....many/most test takers agree that Petersons Practice Tests often tend to be a bit more difficult that the real thing.[/COLOR]

Ok awesome! Just noticed a few people had done really well in the petersons, but still failed the CLEP. Wanted to verify that they were still a valid assessment of readiness. Thanks!

The BEST assessment of readiness is the Official CLEP Study Guide's practice test. Take that too!

Ok will do. I had read some posts(lurking) where some people said the OCSG was nothing like their actual test(no help to their readiness self-assessment) and some said that a few questions had actually been on the practice, then on the real one...The official practice test Has definitely been on my agenda, I just wasn't sure how accurate it would be after a few conflicting viewpoints about it. This is only in reference to the current principles of management version, as that's the only test I'm currently studying for. Thanks for your help though I will get after it ASAP!
