I could not find details about internal exam and external exam.

Neither - with Davar you pay for a set of PowerPoint slides, and study the material on your own, and then you take an exam to be tested on it using a webcam/proctor. No quizzes or assignments (except for 1 course), you basically just have to memorize as much of the material as you can in order to pass.
