Practice clep tests..Where can I find the best?
#1
I have heard of Peterson's where can I take these at and are they free?

Where can I take free practice tests at so that I can get an idea of what I will make on the real CLEP?

Peterson's tests are the best. Find them here under the testing and education link.

Thank you!

There are three tests, why are there three? Will one just give me an idea of whether I will pass or not?

The minimum score I need is a fifty. So, if I get over a fifty on the Peterson's is it likely that I will get over a fifty on the actual exam?

Are the peterson's tests easier than the real test, or harder?

I think Peterson's are in general harder than the actual exam...

To me the practice tests are the most important part of my study schedule. I do all of my studying and then I take as many practice tests as I can. It really helps all of the information I have learned to get solidly into my memory. It prepares me very well for the actual exam.

My advice is take all three and study the questions you miss. Practice tests are gold to me.

If you're going to be taking a number of CLEPs, a good investment is The Official CLEP Study Guide book of practice tests. It has a practice test for every CLEP and I found it to be very reliable. If I got over half the questions right on the practice test, I passed the real thing. I usually tried to be good enough to get 2/3 or 3/4 of the questions right to give myself a buffer. I always scored in the 60s or higher on my CLEPs.
