Occasionally, I like to watch graduation videos for inspiration. As I sit here watching the Charter Oak 2012 commencement video, I had an interesting idea. If you've graduated from one of the big 3, and participated in commencement, find your commencement video on youtube (or other source) and post your commencement video and the time in the video where we can see you cross the stage!

What a cute idea! I skipped graduation because I couldn't justify the cost of attending, but it would be fun to see others' videos.
Sidebar: I see in your sig line that you are currently enrolled in both the cornerstone and capstone at COSC. Was that difficult to get approval for? (Taking both at the same time, I mean.) And congrats on being so close to finishing.

Well my signature may be a bit misleading. I'm enrolled in the cornerstone course for the summer, and the capstone for fall. They say they won't approve for you to take both courses concurrently because your capstone has to be approved by faculty in your CPS. I'm going to make a few phonecalls and send a few emails this week and see if I can get them to make an exception to this rule.

Ah. Well, good luck! I think not allowing students to take them concurrently could be a deal breaker for some, because of FA needs. Of course, I also think if you've already got at least 114 credits to your name, the cornerstone is probably unnecessary in any event, but I don't think COSC is exactly hanging on my every word and opinion. hilarious

Well actually, the cornerstone course is the course you go through to get graduation approval based on your credits earned/credits planned. So it's hard to allow you to take a capstone course when you haven't even planned it yet.
