Please Critique my Plan for Psych BA at TESC
#1
Having relied heavily on all of the excellent information on this site, the wiki, and the most recent course layout from TESC, this is the plan I have devised for obtaining my BA by Spring 2015. Underlined credits I have already completed. The FEMA classes are currently approved by TESC for credit.
I am not yet enrolled in TESC.

Please let me know your thoughts and suggestions! I recently learned about testing out of college and am insanely excited.

I hope the list below is coherent.

Thanks,
Belle

Were those PLAs pre-approved for general education? TESC is picky about what will count as a liberal arts subject. It's all about theory vs. applied. I'll use criminal justice for example because it's what I'm most familiar with. A criminal justice course that focuses on the theories of human behavior would count as a social science, thus, a general education course. A criminal justice course that teaches law enforcement techniques is considered applied, therefore, it would not count as a social science or general education course.

I contacted TESC to learn if the school would accept these credits, and it will. I didn't ask about how they would be applied. That is good info, sanantone. Thanks.
I can make the PLAs Free Electives and move the writing and Lit courses from the Free Elec to Gen Ed. Smile
