Hi all,
I and my nephew enrolled quite some time ago with Pierpont, for the BOG AAS. He filled out the necessary form so that I could also keep a check on his account and monitor his process. I check about 3-4 times a week, on each account to see if either of us have any correspondence in our Pierpont email account. There's been nothing. His account keeps throwing an error code that access has been denied in his ROAR. I got someone once, in IT, that fixed it for me, but other than showing all his credits on his transcripts, there's nothing else.
I emailed for tech help again and have gotten no help. I reached out to Nancy Parks who emailed me back and included someone else in the email, asking that person to send me an application for graduation in the summer term. ( yay ) BUT, that was two days ago and the recipient hasn't even acknowledged that email yet. Nancy didn't say anything about my nephew. ( I'm certain she's crazy busy )
So, I don't want to keep emailing Nancy Parks but am unsure how to keep this process moving forward ...Do I email the registrar's office ?
For a time frame, it's been over two months since my nephew enrolled. I'm sitting at just under 2 months.
I have looked into some of the threads here and followed some of the suggestions - like checking the Pierpont student gmail, but they don't use that any more. The outlook email doesn't show any emails.
Anyone have hurdles after applying ?

Yeah, it can sometimes take a while to get a response. Tomorrow, I would probably email the person Nancy Parks included. Something about following up and wanting to make sure that the email(s) didn't go to your spam folder or whatever.

Pierpont BOG process is a "waiting" game, as mentioned earlier, I would email the person just to make sure they received the information and that you're "following up" on what the next steps are and looking for "confirmation" they have all the required documentation. Hope the remainder of your process will be smooth...

I am in the exact situation as we speak.
I emailed Nancy about the program on April 25, 2022, at around 7:00 p.m., and amazingly, Nancy responded within two hours with the information I was asking about. She must never stop working. Holy cow. I applied, and I had all of my transcripts sent to Pierpont electronically by 10:00 p.m. the same evening.
Within a couple of days, Pierpont had received and accessed all of my transcripts. About two weeks ago, they finally started transcribing them. What's weird, though, is that they stopped transcribing on the last page of my final transcript. Both of the remaining classes should transfer over, but it's like the whole process just stopped.
Early on, Nancy directed me to Lisa Phillips with a paper version of the grad application. I completed that and submitted it to her once they started transcribing. That's been about two weeks ago.
Since then, radio silence. No emails from Nancy, nothing from Lisa. Not to my personal email or to my school email. I have received a couple of letters in the mail, but just the general "you're admitted," and "we've received your stuff" letters. I have literally checked ROAR several times daily since I submitted my application just to make sure I didn't miss anything.
I don't want to keep bothering Nancy for the same reason. I'm just anxious, but I also appreciate communication. I'm sure the BOG program probably takes less precedence than the other programs, and between that and everything else, the process just takes a while.
I guess I'll do as was suggested as well and email Lisa. I'm also concerned that they aren't finished with even transcribing my coursework, and while it appears that I have the credits required, I'm just a little confused as to the next step here other than to wait (or continue emailing until I get responses). I just don't want to seem like a pest, especially when I know that Nancy is probably busy.

May graduation was yesterday, my degree went from pending to awarded last night with the date of May 13th in my Roar account.
Sorry posted too soon. I believe the cutoff date for May was March 29th to have your degree audit completed.
Ms. Parks will email you a copy of your degree audit signed when approved for graduation. Hope this helps. It really is a waiting game. They are wonderful! Hang in there.

I lost my ROAR access back in March after I received an email indicating that my graduation was approved, so I thought that was the normal process. I guess I should contact tech support?

Where do you see that it was awarded?

Nancy Parks is a godsend and this program truly is free. It was a great help if you need to "tick the box" you have a degree for a job application.
